Yes. Untick "I am registered for GST". The invoice then shows no GST and is titled "Invoice" instead of "Tax Invoice". If you are not registered, you must not charge GST.
Set the client state to "Outside India". The tax becomes IGST. If you export services under a Letter of Undertaking (LUT), set the GST rate to 0% and write the LUT reference in the notes.
