These terms cover using Tuff India, a trading name of a sole proprietorship owned by Vaishnavi Chauhan, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. Using the site means these apply.

The tools are free

You can use every tool for your own work or your business, as often as you like. You do not need an account.

Not professional advice

The tools do arithmetic and fill in templates. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. GST rates, rules and thresholds change. Check anything you rely on — especially rates, codes and what an invoice must show — with a CA.

No guarantee

The tools are provided as they are. Care goes into getting them right, but mistakes are possible. You are responsible for the figures and documents you send. Tuff India is not liable for any loss from using them.

What you cannot do

• Copy the site or its tools and publish them as your own.
• Use the site in a way that harms it or its other users.

Changes and disputes

These terms may change; the date at the top moves when they do. Governing law is Indian law, and the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
